The staff were very friendly and hospitable. The room was very clean. The entrance grounds were very clean. The a/c kept the room comfortable and almost frigid especially at night.

Palm Mountain Resort and Spa
There was mold all over the ceiling in the room. This was is not a resort. It is a motel 6 quality. Also very loud.

Indian Wells Resort Hotel
We were told we would receive a room by 4 and wasn’t given a room until 530. When we got to our room our door wouldn’t lock. We asked maintenance to help he said he would come back and never did! Very disappointed
