The owner, Regina, and her staff is very kind and helpful, the property is very clean and comfortable, breakfast is sorted with many items and fresh bread and fruits, and there’s many cozy lounges to relax, read, or meet new friends. Regina herself is always present checking if we need anything. The staff is always ready to advise on places to visit, or the best restaurants in town. We highly recommend this place. You’ll be surprised."

"O lugar é uma imersão na História, porque o imóvel já foi Embaixada do Japão e mantém um pequeno museu na entrada e itens de valor histórico nos quartos e áreas comuns. O lugar é limpo, bem localizado, pertinho da Cervejaria Itaipava e Palácio de Cristal, além de restaurantes e padarias. Oferece um café da manhã delicioso e bem variado. Os funcionários são atenciosos e ainda recebemos, no check-in, uma lista com sugestões de restaurantes próximos e um mapa de Petr ópolis. Só não é muito silencioso por ficar próximo da via (às passam carros e motos barulhentas) e de bares bem movimentados (chegou a sair uma briga na madrugada num bar próximo, que me acordou)."
