The staff were exceptionally good. We really felt at home, and knew that whatever we needed would be sorted. We loved the spa bath, and the ability to have breakfast and dinner in our rooms. Some of the window clasps need fixing, and some ventilation in the bathrooms would be helpful. Otherwise it was warm and cosy!!

We found the bed too soft and got sore backs as a result. Staff very friendly

Was convenient for getting in an out of town. Was quiet and tidy. Very helpful lady on reception gave a good recommendation for cafe within 5 minutes walk from the motel. However wasn't impressed with the black mould around the silicone sealants and grout in the shower over the bath. Also no safety hand grip rails for older people to climb into the bath in order to shower.

Staff there were extremely nice, recommended places to eat and go that were really good. Would definitely come back at my next stay at Palmerston north!

The owners of the motel were amazingly friendly and so cool to deal with. We will definitely recommend this motel to people and we will stay there again in the future.

Don't delay! This has to be one of the motels I've stayed in in Palmerston North so far. Has everything you need and more. I was going to stay another week but unfortunately due to unavoidable circumstances I've had to posepone. But will return in the near future. :)

Excellent value - have stayed before. In some units the hot water takes AGES to come through, but once it's there the showers are excellent.

I was greeted at reception by a very friendly staff member, he was warm, friendly and polite. Nothing was a problem for him. The room overall clean and tidy, but lots of dead bugs, moths along window framing. The hand soap smelt terrible, (like hot dog water)

Extreme road noise, no attempt to block or buffer. No climate control or even fan provided. Black stuff in shower. Smell from carpet. No chairs. Couch sloped forward towards broken coffee table. Wrong wifi password provided. Made to wait twice outside office for any staff. Weak wifi making any connection drop. Burned out bulb above bed. Broken switch in bathroom. Poor TV reception, picture and sound would cut out on any channel, Unable to watch anything. Staff indifferent to any feedback. Did not stay for second booked night, but left before check out deadline- no refund provided even though it was requested.

Comfortable stay 8n Palmerston North.
We had a lovely unit with everything we needed. It's a pity it was so hot as I would have loved to try out the large spa bath. The only issue we had was the very long wait for the hot water to come through and the lack of any indication as to which were hot and which were cold.

I have been there before and I liked the convenience and price. I was a bit gutted I thought I had booked a room with 2 beds but it was still comfortable. Still loved the staff and the warm welcome and the manaakitanga we received.
