We only stayed one night but it had the space we needed. Upstairs and downstairs. Not always easy to find a place with plenty of inside space and outside privacy. The photos were exactly what the unit was like. A big 10/10….perfect, close to everything. Thankyou

We liked the motel for it's location it was very handy to everything we needed. If anything let the motel down was the untiedness at the back of the rooms. It just needed a good clean up,otherwise the rooms we had was very nice

Hi SueThank you for your review and we are glad you enjoyed your stay.The back of the rooms is a work in progress. It was a jungle out there with vines and ferns and all manor of other things when we took over the motel and we have been clearing it out with the last of the trees being removed in two weeks time. This has to be done by hand as a digger would not get around the back. It should look prettier in the next few months.

Quiet, no noise from neighbouring rooms, easy walking distance to supermarkets (2 mins) and CBD (5 mins) and riverside park (10 mins). Good in-room cooking facilities. Would stay there again.

The rooms smelt of cigarrettes all over the linen and furniture. Whilst this was probably from a very long time ago it needs a serious clean!

Clean, nice bedding, comfy bed. The only problem for some people would be the shower over the spa bath.

Well located and good for an overnight stay
We stayed here overnight to break our journey between Wellington and Napier. It was a friendly, quiet and nicely maintained place, in walking distance of the CBD. We had parking at the door, and a spacious room.
