La habitación estuvo muy limpia. La habitación. Estaba renovada con Nuevo micro y refri. Tenía lavaplatos la estufa me parece que no fuera renovada, pero estaba bien los baños si fueron rosados ya tina sólo regadera, pero para mi opinión mejor los colchones están nuevos y muy cómodos.

This is the best hotel ever. The photos don’t show how wonderful and helpful the staff is. Sleek modern amenities with cool extras like a Toto bidet and automatic curtains and Bluetooth speakers in the room. The sunken true hot tub and balcony hammock make it one of the best balconies anywhere and every room is ocean front.

Salt water pool can only use less than half. If you want to go on other side (inflatable side) you need life jacket which you need to reserve a time slot. Said time slot is only 20 min. Rented a cabana 5 days. Was never informed cost of cabana is a credit that can be used to purchase alcohol (bottle). If you don’t use it you lose it pretty much. Golf course we booked through hotel paid $400/person which states food and drink included. Arrived to course there were breads came back after front 9 and no food in sight place look abandoned. Finished back 9 and still no food. Had to go all day with food until we got back to resort. This resort is in Cancun and entrance is less than pleasing almost feels like you’re going through the back door of building. No restaurants outside for outside seating everything indoors. Gym was nice but not nearly big enough to accommodate all guests. Very busy. If you don’t like hectic loud and crowded places avoid the buffet, enter off ordering room service. Wouldn’t come here again.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The hotel was beautiful and clean, and the staff was generally good. I gave it 3 stars because, for the amount of money we spent on two rooms, I expected a higher level of luxury and service. During the first two days, we had difficulty finding a server to bring drinks and food. For our family of seven, including three young children, this meant we had to get our own drinks and leave the pool to pick up lunch ourselves. The food was good, but it lacked a more authentic flavor. I also found the staff repeated attempts to schedule a meeting with the concierge frustrating. From day one, I made it clear that I was not interested, but I was still contacted for the next three days about dinner reservations, off-property activities, and eventually a timeshare presentation. Since I had paid full price and have a busy everyday life, I simply wanted to spend my free time with my kids and family. The most disappointing part of the trip was not being allowed to sit near the pool because we were not members. If I had known this was a members hotel or timeshare property, I would have stayed elsewhere. It made us feel like second-class guests. I’ve stayed at other upscale properties near Playa del Carmen where the service was excellent and there weren’t so many rules of what is included in our room-price as simple as where we can sit in the pool area and limitation to the menu with sur-charges. Also, the beach was not as beautiful as other part of Cancun.
