Beautiful facility, great staff and customer service. Excellent brunch; amazing pools and great restaurants.

This is definitely home away from home & worth every penny. If you want to he treated like royalty you should definitely book this resort.

The rooms needs to be updated, curtains were broken, had to use my hair clip to keep the curtains close, sheets were stained, used the coffee maker in the room the first day but they did not refill the coffee anymore, had to keep calling to get clean towels.

Beach was great but there was construction from 8am-10pm it was no bueno One pool very small But the staff were were very nice to us as it was our honeymoon and the food was excellent Our room had a window into the hallway which was weird and the air condition made giant puddles on the floor. They were stingy about what we wore to the buffet no tank tops (odd for Mexico but again the food was great) Lots of ways they were trying to upsell which I don’t like personally

The spa was very relaxing although we thought we were going to have a spa experience with just my wife and I, but they grouped us together with two other couples which was rather odd and somewhat uncomfortable.
