The room is clean, but needs some work: -The shower head was rusty and splashing everywhere. We talked to the front desk and they -got it replaced though. -There's mold in the bathroom ceiling because of the splashing -The bathroom vent doesn't work -The bedside lamp was very dusty -The curtains were somewhat dirty That said, the bedsheets and towels looked clean. We didn't use the kitchen. Pros: -Beach access and facilities. The beans bags can be a little annoying so adjust but work fine. For some reason they closed down at around 5 pm, 1.5 hours before sunset -Infinity pools with views of the beach -Beach view from the room, though the lagoon view was also pretty nice -Location: nightlife is walkable. Bus station is right in front of the building and takes you to downtown.

The friendliness and consideration of ALL the staff,made our stay special.They suggested the upgrades and food discounts without us prompting and were always attentive to our needs. The rooms were clean and well appointed and felt luxurious, if you step out make sure to have mosquito spray! The grounds are better than the photos,the beach was great for me but very quite this end of the island. A short bumpy taxi ride will put you in the town in 10 minutes and costs around $12.00. Overall our stay was great and relaxing.

We stayed at Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach Cancun for a week. Overall, the location is good, but the resort itself fell short of expectations. There were very few activities offered, and the service didn’t feel like a 5-star experience—more like a 3-star at best. During our stay, even when the resort wasn’t busy, staff often seemed hard to find when we needed assistance. The breakfast and dinner buffets were quite basic and smaller compared to other resorts we’ve stayed at. We visited the Riviera Maya about two years ago, and the food there was noticeably better. Overall, the experience was okay, but not exceptional. I’d rate it 3 out of 5.

First of all it’s a super clean resort. Staff are friendly, positive, and courteous. Pools are well designed & clean. Easy access to the beach with adequate shower facilities, chairs & umbrellas. Entertainment staff (Pablo, Ricardo, and others) were wonderful & super energetic. Gym equipment was enough as well. Beautiful design in restaurants, and of course good quality foods. The only thing missing can mention is that their seafood options were limited & not satisfying. Also, the burger in the garden was below standard. Overall, we had an amazing time & definitely we would go back again. Thank you everybody 🙏
