Overall it was good. The buffet is not open for lunch. Pool is smaller and can be crowded. The beach is quite nice. Rooms and most of the staff are very good and the bed was comfortable. Some strange rules such as having to wear closed toe shoes to dine at the buffet even though Crocs are acceptable and it is a beachside resort. Also the Taco Stand dining and the coffee shop are not included in the all inclusive package. Wait staff at the beach and in bars and restaurants are great! If you are in the Street side it is very noisy due to Motorcycles and Sirens making sleeping difficult

My stay was wonderful! The staff were WONDERFUL and extremely professional. Perfect location inside the Tulum National Park. I traveled there solo for some RnR and felt very safe in the park. I went on regular walks by myself throughout the day. The hotel itself is VERY quiet and beautiful scenery. I ate all my meals at the hotel. Food is AMAZING! I’m a food snob so that means a lot coming from me. Beaches were in walking distance. Snorkeling was just a 15 min walk away. The room itself was clean and the property well kept. If you want to see the Mayan Ruins, it’s a 40 min walk (can also bike or use the shuttle) and keep in mind the Ruins close at 3:30. My only recommendation is to somehow soundproof the spa area. The ladies in the spa were wonderful. However I could hear when another guest came in to inquire about the spa, I heard when a car drove by, but I also heard birds chirping which I did like. Other than that, it was a great experience.

Overall very pleasant stay. Views were beautiful, staff was all excellent, food was pretty good overall, but always able to find something.

The ocean front view was amazing. I saw cruise ships in the distance and the sound of the waves was very relaxing. Food was plentiful (personal pizzas available by the main pool were delicious). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Grear place to take the kids and the kids club activities were great.

This is a budget all‑inclusive, and you get what you pay for. The food was below average, and dinner reservations were nearly impossible unless you wanted to eat very late. We actually went into Cancun for dinner a couple nights, which defeats the purpose of an all‑inclusive. Surprisingly, the best food was the hamburgers at the pool buffet. Drinks were disappointing—very sweet with little alcohol. The only reliable drink was a rum and Coke. There’s just one pool bar and one lobby bar, resulting in long lines. The pool bar closes at 6 PM, leaving only the lobby bar for the entire resort. Rooms are outdated with rough and dingy towels and a rusty jetted tub (we didn’t use it), but the beds were comfortable, hot water plentiful, and AC worked great. Big positive: the staff were amazing—friendly, hardworking, and always hustling.
