We had a Villa, outdated but fine for our stay. Overall resort is older but clean. Staff was friendly. I wouldn't stay again because of the food. The beach and ocean view is what makes this place.

I'm really surprised at some of the negative reviews. We had a nearly perfect visit. If I had to be nit picky, I would say there were times when our neighbors were loud and abnoxious late at night and yes the noise seemed to really carry. The shower temp would randomly change.. would be too cool then too warm.. hard to get the temp just right and keep it that way. All our interactions with the staff were really great. Food was not a problem and we were even able to make reservations at the a la carte restaurants pretty easily. Aside from the hotdogs and hamburgers at the beach bar, the food was really good! This was my first all-inclusive experience and I was pleased. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

This place is a tourist trap and false advertisement. The water park is extremely small.overly crowded for a small hotel.The mini golf course is the path walk to the pool. The beach was half a nyc block. Contained at least 20 chairs and 5 beach bed for rential. A LOT of seaweed. Felt like i was yacht ...
