"Daniela was absolutely the best host and provide excellent customer service. She is very nice and really help you beyond expectations. The place is an old building but the room was decent, it have a very big infinity pool and is ocean front right on the beach. The restaurant food is not the best and really don’t recommend it. "
"Nice resort to relax and swim. Pools are fun. Main pool is in the sun most of the day but there is a lot of shaded lounge chairs. Food is average and not a lot of options. During summer the seaweed is bad and you cant swim in the ocean. Beds are nice and room was great. We had a balcony with ocean view, a kitchen, and washer/dryer. Bus stop is easy to walk to and close by. "

"This was a beautiful resort. Clean establishment and nice staff. Bathrooms are a little small but are worth the price. Family friendly establishment! Great place for accommodating kids!"
"First time in cancun stayed at the grand oasis had a blast pretty landscapes, nice pool areas ,nice adult pools too, had a few diffrent areas to eat had some great tasting steak , drink beer while i was there wiah it had another type of beer to drink instead of XX all the time but it was good . Until next time"
"Overall our stay was good. The staff is very friendly and nice. The hotel is clean. The food was the issue. Yes the buffet are huge and variety of choices but the taste was not very delicious. It makes sense when they have to cook for over than 500 people every day. They have also some good restaurants, booking is required before, the food is delicious. I recommend the hotel. "
