Hotel is in a new upscale marina area with lovely view. Very quiet and secure with an entrance in lobby allowing you to walk straight to probably the nicest mall in Cancun with many nice restaurants.

Everything about the property was wonderful. The staff, leadership, and employees COULD NOT have been nicer and more helpful. Food was the best I've had at an all-inclusive. The only thing about it that wasn't perfect was the bar drinks - the mixes tasted cheap and the drinks were not strong. That being said, the service MORE than made up for a very minor issue. If the drinks matched the rest - this place would be HEAVEN!

Everything an all-inclusive, adults only resort should be. Very attractive modern facility. Nice elegant restaurant choices. Very friendly and attentive staff. All the food and drink you could want at all times of the day. No worries about tipping (we did some anyway). The only negative is the hard sell to buy more vacations through their chain of facilities. My recent stay at this hotel in Cancun was an absolute delight. It’s the epitome of luxury, and the location is ideal. What truly stood out, though, was the incredible food. The dining experience was nothing short of amazing. A big plus is that in Cancún, where all-inclusive is common, this hotel offers a great option for those who want the flexibility to explore the area and not be tied to an all-inclusive plan. Absolutely amazing! It’s an expensive resort but you honestly get what you pay for! Jonathan was our butler and he moved mountains to accommodate us. Even after we moved to another room, we could still count on him answering our questions, reserving activities, making reservations, but most importantly giving what I believed to be honest feedback. Beautiful property, quiet, good service, decent food, well made drinks unlike many other resorts that use nasty tasting ingredients. Also not the place for the college crowd, thankfully.

This property is fantastic if your desire is to go to a laid back property and have a relaxing but fun time. It is not packed with party hungry 18 year olds. We noticed the guests were mostly couples and friend trips made up of ladies or couples. While they say tips are not expected, they really are. Loved the pool, breakfast and employees were so nice!

Its as pretty as it looks! We enjoyed our family vacation with older boys- ages 12 & 16. The staff is so helpful- Roger, Carlos, and Chris went out of their way to help book excursions or help with any need we had. Book a room with a view! The breakfast included is on the water and is order from a menu and not something small. The orange juice was freshly squeezed and tasted amazing each day. Our family of five visited for a quick weekend getaway for spring break 2021. This was our fifth trip to Grand Residences. The property is beautiful. The master suite is huge, decorated well and kept immaculate. Said that, it's the service and hospitality that will keep you coming back. The staff was so wonderful at Secrets!! We paid for the preferred club and had 2 butlers. This also allowed you access to the 21st floor where they had premium alcohol. It also had a pool reserved for the preferred club. You did not need a special key or anything in order to get to the 21st floor. Friendly, helpful, very comfortable

Everything about the resort was wonderful. The only suggestion is to have more of a variety of types of music at the pool (Coral Level). For example, Motown classics, soft jazz, light rock.
