“High security,i feel very safe,3 check points to get to hotel.Very helpful stuff especially Jaqueline /i guess she is main manager/helped me solved some issue very quickly.Food top notch y don’t have to make any reservations in advance.French/Steak house/Oriental very exquisite .Drinks high premium liguer.Spa is nice but price/i had some vitamin C body wrap.Entertainment at night /especially on Wednesday ‘s Cirgue de Solei at main pool in the water.I didn’t want leave the property”

“Great service, amazing food, and incredibly friendly staff. This was truly a luxurious vacation experience! The beach was beautiful, and Jorge provided amazing service. Daniel, our bartender, was also fantastic. I absolutely love this place and will definitely come back again. The only thing I would avoid is visiting during seaweed season. Otherwise, everything was perfect!”

“먼저 도착하면 직원들이 친절하게 짐을 모두 받아 주고 전 AQUA CLUB 를 사용을 해서 5층에서 앉아서 체크인을 했습니다. 이게 정말 편하고 좋더라구요. 점심 전이여서 간단한 요기도 하구요.객실도 깨끗하고 에어컨이 잘되어 있어서 더운 날씨에도 아주 편했답니다.특히 좋았던것은 음식이 너무 맛있었습니다. 식당에서 일하는 직원들 너무 친절하고 맛있는 음식 추천이 너무 좋았습니다. 지금도 음식 생각에 입에 침이 고입니다. 우리 가족 모두 만족했습니다. 앞으로도 시간이 된다면 방문하고 싶은 호텔 입니다. 그리고 스타벅스가 P층에 있는데 마음 편하게 커피를 즐길 수 있는 것도 좋았습니다.해변도 깨끗하고 수영장 물관리도 잘되어 있었습니다.”

“워터 슬라이드가 있어서 아이들이 놀기 좋다. 호텔과 연결된 해변이 매우 아름답다. 음식은 특별할 것은 없지만 이탈리안과 조식당이 괜찮은 편이다. 객실이 오래된 느낌이 있고 좀 꿉꿉한 냄새가 난다. 직원들이 밝고 친절하다. ”

“Room was cleaned but they didn’t refill fridge daily, there was 4 rooms in our group we all got different treatment. Like slippers in 1 room but not in other rooms. One robe for 2 people in a room. Staff was friendly, the bell boys were wonderful and accommodating. Food was good and bartenders were okay nothing to rave about. Do not buy anything at their store, rip off! I paid $74 USD for a floating, she was already blowing it up before I realized the pasos conversion! I felt very ripped off!...
