"The A la Carte restaurant was great but the ability to go to them was not convenient. And the allowance should be adjusted to the number of days you stay. We went for a week and only had 3 allowance"

"Really nice hotel, I liked all the options for the kids, kids water park, kids club, the churrasqueria and cafeteria. The views are amazing. Restaurants are okay, the workers they were all very friendly and helpful. This resort It’s a bit far from both airports so taxis will charge over $100 to take you there. As well as any taxis to playa del Carmen around $40. Also you will see animals like mapaches, iguanas and I even saw a snake. For someone like me that doesn’t like animals maybe is something to take into consideration. But overall good hotel. "
