“Lovely grounds and liked all the pockets of pools. Food was good. Liked the water bottles in the room. Beach was nice, just nature brought in that sea grass. Lots of towels in good locations. Would suggest the resort post activities as QR code didn’t work well. Main Concourse had many small steps that were not highlighted well - people tripped. Also why would the shop only be open 3:30-10pm? Coffee best in morning. Also ice cream store closed too early. Otherwise a great resort!”

“I took a trip with my child, and the kid-friendly pool was fantastic! We got to try a variety of cuisines, and the food at the individual restaurants was far superior to the buffet. The level of service was more than satisfactory. There was a great gym, but sadly, I didn't get around to using it. Despite it being the off-season, there were quite a few people, so we had to wait a bit—I'm not sure if this is normal or just my perception from lack of comparison. Special thanks to Claudia for kindly...

“I didn’t like to be forced to listen about a time share when we first arrived, just wanted to get To theroom and relax. TV worked sometimes and wasn’t able to use the phone….”

“The hotel is currently under construction, and there was no prior notice or announcement about it. Due to the construction, many shortcuts were blocked, and there was a shortage of golf carts, so we had to walk to use hotel facilities such as the pool. And when we arrived, all the dinner restaurant reservations were fully booked, so we had to eat at the buffet for all four days. But the beach is beautiful and has the advantage of being eco-friendly. ”

“Amazing stay! Everything was so beautiful, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Super helpful my husband is amputee and they helped make everything smooth and easy. Helped provide us with activities and transportation. The food options were so amazing! Noriku was out favorite spot!”

“We had an awesome time at Hyatt Zilara. The staff is excellent and super friendly. They have an awesome coffee shop with excellent coffee and pastries. The breakfast buffet is good. Food was to be as expected at an all inclusive resort. The Asian restaurant and the hibachi was the best. Pool is nice and large. Special shout out to Michelle the pool concierge and Lucero, the barista (both sweet ladies) who made our stay so pleasant! Thank you all, for the amazing job you do every single day!!”
