"We had an amazing time. Everything was above expectations. The transportation system was amazing along with the people who drove the buses. Our room clean beds were so comfortable I wanted to take them home. I wish we stayed two more days to enjoy and explore the hotel activities, they looked amazing. The only thing I was disappointed with was restaurant reservations, I was told we could make them when we arrived, it later found out I should had made them prior, the nice restaurants were booked. It the restaurants we did go to were great. "

"We went in a big group and it was a blast with the kids. The resort is clean the food is delicious and the stuff is really helpful. I love the village resort is designed as the kids can run around freely, the beach also is nice. My only issue was there was no heated pool or hot tub for public use and the water was cold as we just went in December and they were rainy days. The restaurant choices are amazing, the entertainment the drinks everything is on point. If you read all the reviews and seen all the YouTube videos and still are not sure then you definitely must go. You will not be disappointed!! "

"Clean, well organized, beautiful views, great beach, 1 block from 5th Ave and to top it all off … amazing friendly staff. We’ve been to a LOT of all inclusive from Playa Mujeres down to Tulum and have spent a LOT more $$ at others, and by far for the money this is the best we’ve been to. "

"Staff was wonderful! Buffet was really good....changed up throughout our stay. was AMAZING to see all the "wildlife" monkeys, deer, birds, lizards, iguanas and so much more. Excaret Park was a wonderful add in....although the site says it is a 15 min walk from the hotel...that is not true...maybe 6, really close!
