Playa Xcalacoco Tours

The property needs renovation. 1.the elevator where terrible, no air and totally dark. 2. Some one took one of my personal ring from the bathroom. 3. The food was not good , especially the restaurants the steak house . Only the Asian one was good . 4. The staff was always good and happy to help. 5. Our bed was two beds together, my husband and I could not sleep close together . 6.nice beach view , nothing to sit on it or umbrellas . And they do t serve you nothing there

Amazing resort

Overall, the experience was excellent. The property was clean, well-maintained, spacious - we never felt that we had to fight for space anywhere. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food for quite good. The amount of programming and entertainment were just right. What I appreciated most were 1) the plaza, where you could find a cafe with gelato, an arcade, a sports bar, evening festivities and entertainment - felt relaxed and casual; 2) the kids club - staff were so kind and friendly with my daughter; she had a great time with them; and 3) the waterpark with slides really made the stay enjoyable for my daughter and provided variety to the standard adult and family pools.
