The property was not bad.
2 times there were no electricity, once in the evening for a long time.
Negative: a lot of stuff don't speak English at all !!! This is not acceptable.
Even the lady at the reception desk at check in talked to us only Spanish.
So, the people coming to Cancun for vacation should study Spanish first???

Small resort. Had to make reservations for all restaurants which was not convenient at all. Especially when you have kids and have to time out everything. Food was okay. Definitely disappointed at The Butcher. We asked for medium rare, steak came out super bloody. We sent it back and they just microwaved it. It came back well done!
