The resort was clean and beautiful. It was picturesque and had great spots for photos. The staff were friendly and the welcome team were amazing. We opted for the swim out room and the view was cute. We went to two restaurants and the food was not good.

Bell hops were polite, most of the staff, and amenities. The shuttle was convenient. Housekeeping was pretty efficient and cleaned the place daily. The buffet choices are pretty good as well.

Room was always clean and fresh. Beach towels replaced daily. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Staff bringing drinks were around continuously. Entertainment team was on point. Food was delicious. The beach is eroding, but nothing that the resort is responsible for. This was our second stay at this resort and we would definitely go back.
