Really strict resort. We had multiple instances in the 24-7 buffet where we’d sit and a friend would join us, and multiple staff would tell us we can’t do that. One night we booked a table at a restaurant and said 6 or 7, because we weren’t sure if one friend would make it. Again, multiple staff voiced to us that if the booking says 7, we must have 7 people. The buffet was also not 24–7, it was closed in between breakfast, lunch and dinner, and you weren’t allowed to take food out. So if you couldn’t get ahold of room service, you couldn’t get food from the buffet and bring it to your room. Over all, extremely strict on the little things and some staff were rude. There was a server at the swim up bar that refused to help when our ball fell over the counter, behind the bar area. I asked him for help, he said “1 hour” and walked away to serve others, when I followed and asked again because I thought he misunderstood, he said he was helping others and then proceeded to try and serve people that walked up to the bar after me. The people were kind enough to tell him they can wait and to help me but we could all tell he really didn’t want to for some reason. After I explained to him what happened and I’m just trying to get the ball back for my friends, he made a rude comment to me while walking away…

Clean and beautiful rooms, the most loveliest and friendliest staff and they had so many amenities that I should’ve just left my carryon at home! Very fun environment and I 100% recommend this to other travelers!

Rooms were clean. Could not adjust temp lower than 22 asked a couple times but they couldn’t or would not lower it. Food was what you would expect. Majority of staff were great. Pool wash great. Overall not a bad trip

We recently stayed at the Palladium Yucatan Princess Adults Only and overall had a really lovely experience. From the moment we arrived, we found the atmosphere to be incredibly calming and relaxing. The entire resort felt peaceful and well maintained, which made it very easy to unwind and enjoy our vacation. Our room was absolutely spotless, and we were very impressed with the housekeeping standards. The staff throughout the resort were friendly, attentive, and professional — they truly helped make our stay enjoyable. One area that we found a bit confusing was the restaurant schedule. It was sometimes unclear which restaurants were open on certain days. We specifically tried to visit the sushi bar a couple of times, only to find that it had already closed for the evening. It might be helpful to have clearer daily signage or an easy-to-access schedule for guests so they can better plan their dinners. The only small comfort issue for us was the pillows — they weren’t quite to our liking — but that’s certainly a minor personal preference and didn’t significantly impact our stay. On our final day, we did experience one concern. Guests in the swim-out pool beside our room were smoking quite heavily in the pool area. We noticed that this didn’t seem to be addressed by staff at the time. We were slightly uncomfortable, as we didn’t want any smoke smell lingering near our room or to risk being associated with it. Staff went over and above what was necessary to make our stay Wonderful. However, Beach was absolutely not as pictured. Very disappointed about that.

Beach is eroded so far back that it's difficult to find a sunny spot. Palapa were few. Mostly laying in the mangrove.

Paid for a romantic dinner waited over an hr at rodeo grill for chips then another 30 for the appetizer. 100usd later we walked out and tried for 2 hours to talk to managers. Still charged me. There were multiple fights on the property where police had to come. The spa is subpar for what is truely advertised and hydrotherapy is truely a joke dont fall for it. My second time there now and will not return.

Room was very clean, amenities were wonderful (favorites being the gym and event offerings), and the staff were so personal. While the restaurants were good, they were often notably slower than an average restaurant experience even with seemingly no crowd. The buffet and beach bar exceptions to that. The beach was relaxing and convenient. It is a more natural beach so we didn’t swim much even though the resort kept up with the kelp pretty well. Get to the chairs and cabanas early are patrons hold them with belongings and they can be scarce.

What I disliked the most was the fact that we were unable to book our restaurants in advance, which meant long line-ups every evening and poor service once we were actually in (it was typically an hour wait and once seated, at least half an hour before receiving the first course and sometimes also waiting for drinks). The resort should also take measures to control its wildlife: this is my fourth trip to Mexico and I’ve seen coati before but the ones at this resort are the worst - we were advised upon arrival to lock our patios because the raccoons could actually climb up and enter our rooms. We met a woman who just happened to leave coffee creamer in her room and forgot to lock the patio door and the animal entered her room. I had food securely stored in a zipped up backpack on the cabana bed by the pool, and the animal took the entire bag, unzipped it, and stole our food. Speaking of food, that was hit or miss. Twice my steak was overcooked despite asking for medium rare. The drinks were also disappointing (I have never had a bad margarita in Mexico before but here they were heavily watered down and not flavourful). The service was not great. The beach was rocky with a lot of seaweed, which we expected and don’t blame the resort for due to the hurricane. Overall, this resort was disappointing. Given how much we spent to be here for the week (the most we have ever paid for an all-inclusive) and given the fact that it is 5 stars, there is definitely room for improvement.

Spacious beautiful room, beautiful resort grounds, lots free activities. They have sport park to accomosate that; rifle shooting, golf , yoga, paddle boards. A LA carte restaurants are top notch. Buffet is good, but nothing spectacular. Beach is not best, narrow, rocky to enter, but still pretty. Buffet at the beach very minimal; burgers and ribs, shrimps too. Entertaimnent happening every day, plus DJ after the shows. 40 min drive from airport.

We absolutely loved staying here! We had a swim out room right near the party pool and loved it! They had activities everyday and the staff is so welcoming and sweet! The bellhop guys remembered us by name and everyday they greeted us everytime we saw him! The entertainment team is so much fun too! Saturday’s foam party is amazing and coco bongo was the best time ever! Only thing I will say that I didn’t enjoy was how early we had to get up to reserve a chair by the pool seeing that it’s first come first serve. 100% though would recommend coming here to anyone who wants to have a good time and meet some great people!

Amazing staff, very friendly. Clean rooms and property. Food was great. Only complaint was pool/beach towels werent as accessible as you would hope. You get 1 per person and have to call room service and wait for them to be delivered if you need another. Would be nice to have central towel storage accessible to everyone like other resorts have.

The staff were nice and the amenities were great, I did feel a little hustled because when I previously booked I forgot to add myself to the booking so when I got to the hotel I was charged an additional 863 which I thought was excessive but outside of that me and my spouse had a great time!
