The property was well maintained and the service staff were amazing. The buffet options were delicious and there was always a lot of variety at every meal. We had a great family vacation!

The family and I had an amazing time. First time at the resort and by fart best one we’ve stayed in. The staff was amazing! We loved it there. From the time we arrived to the time we left the hospitality was great! Defiantly will recommend and book again. Thank you all!

We had a pleasant experience thanks to Lisandro from guest services. He really made us feel welcomed, Lisandro was very helpful, professional and gracious throughout our stay. We highly recommend Ocean Riviera Paradise as the place to stay in Cancun/ Playa Del Carmen and hope that you’ll be lucky enough to meet Lisandro while visiting.

Staff was excellent Antonio our butler made sure or reservations for diiner were made and made some special purchases from outside the resort for members of our group for items nit available at the resort, Sarai at the children's pool remembered myself and my husband from a pervious trip and made sure we had the best service since we were traveling with a large group of our grandchildren . Jennifer and Miguel at the privilege beach area were outstanding with attention to detail with the family...Miguel even made sure the little ones had beach toys to play with and stay occupied.
