"One of the best all inclusive hotel I ever stayed at, i highly recommend it for families with kids . Such a great spots for them to play in the water .Food amazing , the staff it’s the best ! But I want to do a big shout out to Raquel who made my stay the most memorable and comfortable she helped me with everything even so many little Carrol to celebrate my wife and daughters bdy! Raquel thank you much you are the best!!!!! My family loved this hotel"

"This property is HUGE and difficult to oriantate myself especially after a long flight. Staff provided directions but truth be told, it was confusing. I noticed several people getting lost daily. HOWEVER, once you get the hang of it, relax after a long flight, and eat/drink..you feel like you are in paradise. Management is particularly helpful/supportive at addressing any concerns. The food was incredibly declicious... CASANONA staff and food--- SIMPLY THE BEST!!! I strongly reccomend this property."

"Vacationed here for our honeymoon. Beach was beautiful. Well maintained. A tractor was picking up seaweed every morning. Food was 4 out of 5 stars. A few misses but generally good. The little 24hr coffee shop is awesome to have. Only real things that needs improvement is the entertainment. The “acrobat show” and their “boogie nights” was… we will say underwhelming. At least for what’s considered a fine star resort. Also they do push a bit as soon as you arrive for you to attend a Hilton presentation. I didn’t really like having a sales pitch to attend a sales pitch on my vacation at a five star resort. Otherwise everything else was fantastic. The staff was the highlight with 5/5 service and friendliness."
