"Es un hotel con bonitas instalaciones, muy funcional, para ir a xcaret fuimos caminando y era menos de 5 minutos desde el Lobby, podrían mejorar el nivel de la comida, la implementación de alguna app para reservar los restaurantes, eso de ir hasta el lobby y hacerlo con ticket se percibe como un bajo servicio, y la final no había disponibilidad sino para 2 días después, como si estuvieran regalando cuando estas pagando. Nos paso que los vestidos de baño tomaron muy mal olor no sabemos si fue el mar, la piscina o las habitaciones al ser una zona más selvática puede ser esto pero podrian revisar."

"Knowing a little Spanish is beneficial but not entirely necessary. The staff are extremely helpful and understanding, the grounds are immaculate, the pools are wonderful, the beach views are breathtaking, and they have a little convenience store in case you forget something. The multiple restaurants make it so you'll have something new to try for every meal and the breakfast buffet was a winner for us. They have entertainment scheduled throughout the day, and plenty of wildlife to just walk around and admire. The grounds at night are a must for a romantic stroll and are adequately lit for such an adventure. We never felt unsafe throughout our entire stay. Food and drinks were exceptional. Wife has an allergy and they were more than on top of making sure she was taken care of. Turn around was always fast and they were right there when your plate or glass was empty. Restaurants and bars were easy to find and only a question away. This resort will be one we recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, romantic get away."

"My wife and I recently stayed at Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun for our honeymoon, and I can honestly say that the experience exceeded our expectations. From the beautiful resort and incredible beach to the food, spa, activities, and—most importantly—the people, this was a truly memorable experience. What really set this stay apart was the attention to detail and personalized service. We never felt like just another set of guests. The staff remembered our preferences, anticipated our needs, and consistently made us feel welcomed and appreciated. I want to give a special recognition to Roberto, our room concierge, who was absolutely wonderful. His attentiveness and professionalism made our stay even more comfortable, and he was always there to make sure everything was taken care of. Franco, our pool concierge, also deserves recognition. He was attentive, friendly, and made our time by the pool even more enjoyable. His service was exactly the kind of personalized hospitality that makes a vacation feel special. At Oceana, Giovany provided exceptional service. He was professional, personable, engaging, and incredibly attentive to detail. It was obvious that he genuinely enjoys what he does, and that positive energy came through in the way he treated us. The picaña and coconut shrimp were also fantastic! The pool at Secrets Maroma was absolutely incredible and quickly became one of our favorite parts of the entire stay."

"Everything was actually pretty great, except their dinner reservation part. We were there 5 nights and barely got in two dinners and that was only because I checked all the time for dinners. Ocean is as bad as I’ve ever seen. It honestly looked like there was baby poop in it and it stink. If you are going from beach and ocean this is not the place for you. Place was clean and staff were friendly."
