"Everything was great with this resort room service was included however, the service and the people do expect a tip for everything they do from saying hello to helping you with bags to giving you directions and they will not hesitate to ask for a tip. However, on this specific date of my trip, the beach was closed. It was ugly. It was horrible. It was dirty. A lot of seaweed staff was out there fixing trying to make it look nice. However, the beach remained closed throughout my stay. Other than that, the food was great. The restaurants were amazing. The service was great. Everything went totally fine no complaints. However, some of the rooms should be upgraded. Some of the appliances need to be changed to newer ones. The ones in my room, looked rusty and old."

"Everything was nice about the resort. We enjoyed our stay there. Unlike other reviews I think food was good and the wildlife was great. Beach was not great because of the sargassum but hotel crew were trying to clean it everyday. It is a great trip and we enjoyed it."
