"This property is like visiting a postcard in real life super lovely staff, amazing wildlife, and a great location! They will try to pitch you on becoming a "member". The international buffet was okay but the restaurants when we could get reservations were delicious. Highly recommend getting the extra xcrate add-on and visiting the park and seeing the show. Overall a dream vacation."

"The staff were so friendly and helpful. They truly cared that you are having a great time there. My favorite parts was the lobby and the cafe. Having a drink at any moment and being to do some work in the cafe was amazing. The rooms were always clean, and house keeping were available 24/7 for any problem you had. The swim up bar and pool was so much fun, being able to eat and then swim up to the bar was amazing."

"Loved this hotel! Will be going back for sure. The service was amazing, always attentive and ready to serve us. The app was useful for everything. THE FOOD i loved the food. The only thing me and my wife found that the bed wasn’t as cleaned as we wanted. Sometimes the sheets came stained or pillow case. The bed felt like there was bed bugs biting us. But either than that we loved it."
