"The resort was beautiful, the service was the best I have ever had traveling to Mexico. The food was great. My only complaint is I didn't like the menu about 80% of the menu is seafood and I'm not a big seafood eater. The service at the resort was so good they made me off menu meals that were fabulous. Now that's a 5* vacation."

O quarto é grande e confortável, os funcionários são gentis, com um sorriso no rosto para lhe atender, dispostos a ajudar. A área de lazer é muito boa, com atividades diversas e recreação. Café da manhã com muitas opções. Tem uma cafeteria bem gostosa que fica aberta até as 23 horas. Porém, Praia del Carmen não tem mar azul"
