The Pyramid concierge was not very helpful when I had a problem with restaurant reservations. I spotted 2 roaches in my room. I killed one and it was on the wall under the sink and housekeeping never cleaned it off. The other was high up on the wall and got away. I’ve been to pyramid over 5 times in the last 2 years. Even more times in the past 10 years. Everything has went downhill. "The customer service at this facility is poor, they don’t have entertainment for the guest overpriced for what they offer, if you don’t book restaurant reservation by 5pm your not able to book despite front desk available, the Japanese restaurant is included in other resorts this one you have to pay an overpriced fee. "Everything is great, even though it has no beach it’s nice, you can walk to the beach, it’s right across from 5th ave,
