"This resort is always amazing! We had a great time with the Go Team as always. Carlos the concierge in building 4 was fabulous and helped us with everything we needed. Isidro at the mar y Tierra for breakfast remebered us from day to day and made sure we had plenty of water, coffee and green juice!"

"We loved our stay at Jungala!! The suites are roomy, spotless, tastefully decorated with almost any amenity you would need. The service was impeccable. We had access to the grounds & pools of the other beautiful hotels within the Vidanta complex. We would definitely choose to stay here again on a future trip to the Riviera Maya! "

My only complaint would be the room cleaning, we have stayed at Iberostar a couple times before and I found this trip the room wasn’t cleaned well each day, I had to leave out the hand wash and shampoo to be refilled and things just weren’t done as well as our other trips. Besides that one little detail everything else was amazing!! We will def be back!!"

"5 star experience! We went to Barcelo Maya Beach last year and felt that the Iberostar resort was better in almost every aspect! The staff was great. Tomas with the entertainment staff was fantastic! Our son (8) looked forward to seeing him each day. The food was great. Our room was great. We would definitely return to this resort in the future!"
