"Bathtub in room takes over 1 hour to fill up due to very low water pressure, food is very low quality and inconsistent, chef seems like he has no clue what is going on. There is no proper beach access. Rooms are very spacious and clean, staff are very friendly and competent. Hot tubs on roof either barely work or don’t work at all, very nice view from the room but no beach access from the hotel, you need to walk off the property and go around. Bar/restaurant by the pool closes at 5pm so if you want a drink after 5 by the pool you need to go all the way to the other restaurant. Honestly if you just need a place to stay and don’t plan on staying in the resort it’s a good option, if you want to stay on the resort for most of all of your trip I would not recommend. "
