“I have been to many different resorts in Mexico. I would say this resort is by far the best. They had the best drinks(not watered down), excellent food, clean room. They really cater to their guests. I would visit them again.”

The pool does have an incredible view but there is only one pool with limited loungers and daybeds - we were always able to secure one. “They consider themselves as luxury but they are really not. There were mice droppings ALL OVER the outside of the room in the hallways. Mice droppings in the staircase corners. They have an infestation!!! Also everything is made pretty cheap (furniture, decor, etc). The staff was overwhelmed with the occupancy the week we were there. Would not come back. “We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens.
