โThe property itself was undergoing some construction but my husband I were able to look past this due to how lovely the entire staff was. Always going above and beyond trying to assist us and make our trip a memorable one. The food was great at every restaurant and the beach was also very well kept. โ

โMy wife and I had an amazing stay. The resort is absolutely beautiful and never felt crowded. We had a beachfront swim-up room with a gorgeous view, and it was the perfect way to relax. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, always made us feel welcome.
The beach itself wasnโt the best because of the seaweed (a common issue across the area), but the resort handled it and everything else wonderfully. The property is large and spread outโit feels like a mile from one end to the otherโbut...

โWe loved our stay and recommend a room with the ocean front view. Our room was beautiful, the amenities were fantastic and the service/staff was excellent. We enjoyed the private beach, their massage services and their roof top infinity pool. Our stay here definitely made our trip to Playa del Carmen worth while and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We intend to visit again in the near future and we believe this will be our go to hotel going forward. 5 stars!โ
