"Overall, a great stay. I would’ve easily given them five stars if the food was better. Unfortunately, the quality and options were consistently disappointing, which felt more like a bigger resort-level issue with the food program rather than the people preparing it. Everything else was great. The property was beautiful, clean, and well maintained, with an amazing atmosphere. The staff truly made our stay special. Huge thanks to Miriam (Concierge), Pedro, Fabian and Cassandra (Entertainment Team), Leo (Front Door Team), Jorge (Beach & Pool Support), and several others whose names I unfortunately missed. They all deserve recognition for the experience they provided everyone and working so hard."
