“The property is beautifully maintained but the best part was the incredible staff. Everyone was so happy and friendly.”

“Valentin is a nice resort, plenty of pools to choose from. Beach was just okay. Be prepared to do lots of walking though, unless you wait for rides. It was a bit too big of a resort for me. Lots of restaurants to choose from with no reservation needed except for the hibachi which is nice. Pool service great most of the time. Shows in theatre are okay but it is way too loud in there. Lots of people walked out, including me because of it. Simple fix so I don’t know why they don’t deal with...

“We had a fantastic stay at Jungala. We added the aqua experience when we booked, which gave us access to the waterpark daily. It was amazing. The rest of the resort is exceptional as well. The staff are all top notch and our concierge (Fernanda!) was so very helpful! We appreciated her so much! The restaurants were amazing as well. I’d say total cost wise it’s similar to a higher tier all inclusive resort, even though everything is ordered off menu like a regular restaurant. The steakhouse...

“It is a beautiful property. The rooms are spacious and clean. Great views. The seaweed, however, smells bad and muddies the water, so no swimming at beaches. But the property has so many swimming pools, so there are plenty of places to swim. Shuttles on the property are scarce at times, so LOTS of walking. The employees are great and very respectful. Most of the restaurants have very good food, but some of the waiters had a bit of an attitude, probably because of the stress of serving...

“So much fun. Thank you for another amazing trip. Can’t wait to come back”

“We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights. They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

“Great place”

“Best resort you will ever stay in. Quiet, relaxing, and beautiful. You will enjoy the pools and beach. While seaweed is a problem throughout the Mayan Riviera the Edition probably does the best job of keeping the beach clean and pristine.”

“Cozy house with traditional style, mixed with nature! One thing is that the beach/ocean is not as good as Cancun. To be more exact, way far behind. But one of the right places to extend to Tulum and Coba ruins as well as nearby amazing cenotes. ”

“Ok”
