"Staying at El Dorado Royale was a great experience! My husband and I stayed for a week there. The staffing was fantastic, the food car shuttles were really beneficial on rainy days. The food options are amazing. I really loved the Italian restaurant. All restaurant options were so tasty and delicious. I like the idea of giving a free pass to the water park at Nickelodeon Resort. The transportation was very pleasant since they have taxis that work for the Resort, so it’s easy to get around if you need to go to another location or explore downtown. We will definitely be coming back!"

"Super happy and helpful staff- only true issue is the “i need to get you into a presentation” hassle. But they’re fully aware it’s an annoyance and if you give slight pushback, they’re more than willing to offer ibeurostar cash you can then use towards amenities and off site activities. other than that- everything and everyone was truly amazing. every day they’re doing something to upkeep the property. adorable animals all over. . !! helpful tip !! we found out too late lol-GOOGLE maps has the resort and can make it easier to find restaurants or areas of the place before you get the lay of the land. "From the time you arrive through the gates until you leave, you're taken care of. All you have to do is relax and have fun. Lots of activities everyday. So many pools to keep cool. The beaches are great! The staff is very friendly. There's all types of food, you can eat your favorites for every meal. The rooms are comfortable, cleaned everyday and great air conditioning. I can't wait to return, i miss it already!"
