"Limpieza bien , instalaciones un poco gastadas pero en buen estado , comida 9.5/10 hacen lo mejor q pueden , personal unos muy bueno otros no , problemas !!!!! 1 basos de piscina plastics necesitan ser renovados y lavados major, salida del hotel es imposbla practicamente es una carcel no dejan entrar a Taxy que no Sean los de su piquera afuera com precios exesivos y abusivos no uber no nada ni un amigo pudo acceder a recogerme para dar un paseo te obligation practicamente porque caminar hasta la carretera es una distances de 15 minutos , horrible , necesitan mas Carros de golf para los maleteros solo tienen uno y así podrian tener una persona que saque a dentro y fuera los huespedes para que no paguen los taxis altos precios y obligados, animacion del dia bien de la noche mala y en el lobby se necesita mas alegria mas show mas musica , regresaria no pero si lo podría recomendar pague categories privilegiada y estubo bien pero la habitación no se siente de categoria es muy basica, los chicos del restaurant à la carta todos muy lindos , playa bien , los animales son molestos muy molestos se roban todo hay q velarlos y saltan encima de uno por comida , no es tan cómodo eso"

"Amazing resort. Highly recommend the Maya over the other lower tier hotels in the compound as you get access to them/their amenities as well as their restaurants. Food was 10/10 at the buffet, restaurants, and small stores in the shopping mall. Large and fun pool area. Beautiful setup on the beach, lots of lounge chairs, a bar, and food bar as well. Mangrove walkways, and all other walkways across the compound are beautiful. Clean bathrooms in all the common areas. Beautiful lobby area, golf cart shuttle service all over at all times. Overall great experience, 10/10 will come back again."

"It is a beautiful property. The rooms are spacious and clean. Great views. The seaweed, however, smells bad and muddies the water, so no swimming at beaches. But the property has so many swimming pools, so there are plenty of places to swim. Shuttles on the property are scarce at times, so LOTS of walking. The employees are great and very respectful. Most of the restaurants have very good food, but some of the waiters had a bit of an attitude, probably because of the stress of serving so many people. The japanese restaurant is fantastic. There are these cute raccoons all over the place, but they also deficate on sidewalks and stairways. All in all, this is a great retreat."

"We had a fantastic stay at Jungala. We added the aqua experience when we booked, which gave us access to the waterpark daily. It was amazing. The rest of the resort is exceptional as well. The staff are all top notch and our concierge (Fernanda!) was so very helpful! We appreciated her so much! The restaurants were amazing as well. I’d say total cost wise it’s similar to a higher tier all inclusive resort, even though everything is ordered off menu like a regular restaurant. The steakhouse was closed for renovations which was a bummer, but the rest was great. The Joya cirque show was also amazing and I’d highly recommend it. Book tickets directly online. Overall a great stay, and we will very likely be back next time we’re planning a trip to Q Roo."
