โThe concierges services that my family got from this resort is 5 stars. We already received the concierges services days before we arrive to the resort. During the stays, we always have a my teenager children felt very safe moving around by themself giving the adult have more time to ourself to enjoy the vacations. I would definitely look forward to back to this resort. โ

โWe stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...
