"The hotel is very lovely, and the staff are very friendly; however, there are a few details that need improvement. The coffee shop does not exist and alcohol selection is limited depending on your status, despite being advertised as all inclusive— which is unfair and misleading. The Kids' Club for small children should be open in the morning rather than from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, as that is typically naptime for young children. The person who created this schedule likely does not have children of their own. The meals were very tasty, and the rooms were very comfortable. The beach, however, was quite unsightly due to the seaweed, and even unusable on some of the days. Aside from the mountains of seaweed at the waterfront, the beach is incredibly rocky. There is also no drink or food service on the beach, which was an inconvenience."

"Rooms were very clean. Staff were awesome. Pool was great and food was top notch, there was always a variety of food to eat from the buffet breakfast, luch and dinner. Overall experience was exceptional."

"This place. has completely gone DOWNHILL! I was here back in 2019, and it was actually lovely. Now the rooms barely have AC, everything is constantly broken, safe, TV, tv remotes etc. My first day there, they gave me ZERO washclothes and I had to ask the Maid service on two separate occasions to bring me some. The ONLY nice thing I can say about this resort is the pool entertainment, they are AWESOME and kept our minds off of how beaten down this place was!"

"We had such a great stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and well taken care of. The food was really good—plenty of options and everything we tried was fresh and flavorful. One of the highlights for us was the kids’ area—it was amazing! The kids had so much fun and didn’t want to leave. It made the whole experience even more enjoyable for our family. Overall, we truly loved our stay and would definitely come back. "The room was clean, however, the slide door to the fridge was miss aligned and was almost impossible to open. The shower rack was loose and everything almost fall apart. Worst thing happened on the last night, 3 people including my son started to have diarrhea and vomiting issue and my son is still on feaver, the common food they had was the ice cream."

"my husband and myself stayed for a week and had the most wonderful time. All the staff are wonderful. We did not encounter one person that was not kind or willing to help when needed. We did stay in the privilege section and although did not use the beach area or quite pool we still feel everything else included was worth it. Our butler Leidy was amazing and every request was met with no problem, even on her day off. "
