"Overall great stay! Nice hotel, friendly staff, just around the corner from 5th Ave. Convenient with a 7/11 on the corner and Starbucks a block away. However there is no elevator and with a recent knee injury and my room being on the third floor, I panicked. "Had an exellent time at this hotel. The room was very clean, and the staff was so polite at all times. Angel and Aciel took very good care of us during our stay.
I loved how close this hotel is from quinta avenida, and how celebrated my husband felt during our stay.
The only down side of this was that I requested a taxi to go back to the Cancun airport. Unfortunately, I was dropped off at the wrong terminal, which put us in a stressful situation. Then, had to pay $1,000 pesos for a taxi at the airport to take us to the correct terminal.
Other than that, the trip was amazing!
