I stayed at this property in Playa del Carmen for two nights, and overall, I would say it’s a decent option if you’re travelling on a budget, but not the place to choose if you’re looking for a more elevated hotel experience. The rooms are quite small, especially considering there are two beds. The bathroom layout is also cramped, with the toilet positioned very close to the shower, which can be inconvenient if you’re sharing the room with someone other than your partner. The property has an apartment-style layout, and getting to your room can be a bit of a walk, including taking another elevator after navigating the building. The balcony offers very little of a view, although I wouldn’t consider that a major drawback since an ocean view wasn’t promised. The amenities are also very basic, with limited toiletries and no extras such as a dental kit. On the positive side, the pricing was reasonable compared to other properties in the area, and the location is convenient, just about a block from Fifth Avenue. However, keep in mind that Fifth Avenue is quite long, and depending on which restaurants, shops, or attractions you want to visit, you may still have quite a bit of walking ahead of you. Overall, I would recommend this property if you’re looking for an affordable, no-frills place to sleep and plan to spend most of your time exploring Playa del Carmen. I would consider staying here again if I were travelling on a budget. However, if you’re looking for spacious rooms, bet

This is an excellent hotel. It is quite new with spacious rooms and good amenities. It is in a quiet area but close to 5th Avenue, the beach and many restaurants. The staff are exceptional. I will certainly stay again when in Playa.
