"Great overall experience. Was a bit disappointed, the margaritas were pre-paid in a jug. I’m from Toronto, and our Mexican restaurants have much better margaritas than this resort, which is sad. Other than that, you get what you paid for in this resort. "

"Everything about this resort was lovely. The staff, the room, the critters running around. My one caveat, and this would probably dissuade me from returning, is the loud music blaring from 8am on. The beach pool was much nicer because it was way quieter so you just heard the sounds of people having fun. But, it would be nice to enjoy the pool right outside our room. The buffet food was generally good but we were unable to get a reservation for any of the specialty restaurants. Our visit to the beach restaurant was aborted when, after waiting in line, we were told they couldn't put 2 tables together for our party of 7 because of reservations by the Privilege Club members. Not a good look."

"We really enjoyed the Impressions section of this resort, and it significantly influenced my overall review. The layout of the resort is very nice, and our Ocean View room was beautiful. Our butlers were outstanding as well. However, the resort became overcrowded from Thursday to Sunday, making it nearly impossible to get a drink at any bar on the property. We often had to retreat to the Impressions lobby and their restaurant upstairs. I wasn’t particularly fond of the suggested reservation times, as they sometimes limited our dining options. I believe the resort has too many rooms for the number of bars and restaurants available. Despite this, we enjoyed our time at Impressions, and the staff was fantastic. The beach wasn’t great, but we enjoyed the 3 pools available at Impressions very much."

"Gorgeous resort. Lots of walking. The shuttle was amazing! Beautiful pools. Wonderful swim up room! Plentiful buffet but specialty restaurants were ok. Lobby Bar was the best!!"
