Good location, walkable and a lot of great restaurants close. Property has 2 pools, but a jacuzzi would have been great. Great staff. Keep in mind, because of proximity to restaurants and bars, we could still hear the music pretty late. We thought it would keep us up but we knocked out!

Great location, just one block away from the hot spot 5th Avenue. 26th Street is a perfect location that places you right smack in the middle of the best walking area in Playa del Carmen.
Don’t miss out on eating here. Best darn chicken.

The location was perfect - just a block off 5th Ave shopping and restaurants. Our room was very clean and quiet. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The rooftop pools and bar were fun, but if you are looking for a poolside vacation, there were only 5-6 pool chairs so it was difficult to snag one. We stayed for 5 days and would definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed having my room clean everyday. The location is great, you can walk to the main attractions. The staff is friendly. The only downside was that I booked for a king size bed but unfortunately there were not availability when we arrived. That was a bummer because we had to sleep on a full size for the rest of our trip.
