This hotel is a gem and I wished my family and I had more than 5 days to stay. The staff are wonderful, the rooms are beautiful (ours had a patio pool and double showers in the bathrooms), the spa facilities are really worth mentioning (any guest can use them regardless of whether you are getting treatments or not), and food was delicious. There are plenty of bikes to use on the property so we loved cycling between our rooms and the beachfront pool and restaurants. It was truly relaxing and I canā€™t wait to go back.

My partner and I just wrapped a week long visit of the Blue Diamond Resort. It was perfect! The property is stunning, with loads of natural scenery and wildlife and the staff are truly exceptional. It is not even a stretch to say that we experienced the best service we have ever had while on vacation. Everyone takes great pride in making you feel welcome and comfortable while you are there. Many thanks to everyone we met while at BDā€”Jose, Carlos I, Jenny, Luis Pat, Eliseo, Diana, Florintino, Edwardo and so many more you are the best!

The property is beautiful and staff and very kind. There is tons of nature and creatures around. What they donā€™t tell you until you arrive- is that every time you order room service there is a 20 USD charge. That means if you order room service 2-3 x a day for 1 week, you are looking at 140-210 USD at a resort claiming to be all-inclusive. The room service menu is very limited as well.

Very nice resort. Quite rooms, private beach, excellent food and friendly staff. Only complaint would be there wasn't any written information on restaurant times and reservation requirements, and the spa does need reservations.

This is a great location and hotel. If youā€™re looking for relaxation, some solitude, great food, quietness, and a pet friendly hotel, this is it. I highly recommend this place and hope to return soon with my pup.

We ended up getting transferred to this property because our other Hotel didn't work out and it was amazing I can not say enough about how wonderful this hotel is. The staff was amazing the food was great, the grounds are beautiful. I will never stay anywhere else. If you are traveling to Mexico, and you are looking for an adults only quiet , beautiful, fun place, stay here. You will not regret it
