"Loved this hotel! Will be going back for sure. The service was amazing, always attentive and ready to serve us. The app was useful for everything. THE FOOD i loved the food. The only thing me and my wife found that the bed wasn’t as cleaned as we wanted. Sometimes the sheets came stained or pillow case. The bed felt like there was bed bugs biting us. But either than that we loved it."

"Super clean property. Gated parking. Staff was incredible!! Breakfast was perfect. Walking distance to the beaches. It's a bit far from Quinta, but a good walk if you're up for it. We definitely will be back. Super comfortable room; rooftop pool; everything was excellent."

"My stay was good overall, and I loved the beachfront location and the spacious, clean room with a kitchen. Unfortunately, there was a lot of seaweed on the beach in Playa del Carmen during July, so I shortened my stay and moved to Cancún, where the seaweed conditions were better; the boutique hotel itself was nice, and the staff was okay."
