The best cable wakeboarding place in Mexico. Very quiet place in the jungle with planty of wild animals like monkeys, birds ( we met even family of Tucans ! ) Beautiful place.

The Mayan Water is a unique boutique property just outside of PDC. They offer wakeboarding at the cable park that is also entertaining to watch. The staff was super helpful and kind.

I love the property clean and new, I love doing wakeboarding, I love Otis junior the dog . I dont like the equipment for wakeboarding, its a very expensive sport and the boards, biddings, safe jackets everything for it is very old and they are all broken

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice my room was with a newer smart TV, stylish room and bathrooms. Excellent AC. It is off the main highway on the opposite side from the ocean. Cannot see from the road, but the signage was good. Staff was kind and helpful. And for the price it was SUPER great.

It wasn't where the map indicated, and coming in late at night was dark.... But the staff waited for us for a late arrival (11:00pm) and helped us to our room. Room and accomodations were outstanding! Everything made more sense in the daylight when we left.

We liked that a staff member met us at our car when we arrived after dark. This hotel is indeed quiet and the room configuration was interesting. Great location for us as we needed to stay in-between Playa and Puerto Morelos. The only thing I definitely didn’t like was Internet signal strength at room #3. Signal was so weak I had to re-connect about (it seemed) every 10 minutes.

Super clean. Reasonable Rate. Seeing is believing. At first, we were alarmed at the Mayan Water Hotel. Maps turned us around and the entrance was very minimalist. We thought is was closed. Once we checked in, however, it was fantastic. The cleanest room we stayed in in Mexico! It was very quiet, not what you'd expect on that stretch. We stayed our last night, between Tulum and Cancun. While there is no restaurant on the premises, it was just a short drive to lots of options! It was a good "break" away from the go-go-go we'd been on, trying to do as much as possible. We aren't sure how we happened to get a room there, but lucky us!

The property is amazing… but that’s a wakeboard place so you could improve the conditions for wakeboarding. The equipment is horrible, horrible it’s not even usable, you should buy new equipment and open the beginner side… thank you

Hotel And staff are amazing and very helpful. They do have a restaurant within the hotel that’s open till 6 PM which serves good burgers. Hotel room was very clean. Only issue is that it is 20 minutes before Playa Del Carmen which i was not aware of, but other than that it is very quiet.
