What an amazing trip for my family. From the easy included transportation, to the entrance at the park being so secured, to the room and staff. You were part of Nickelodeon during the stay that my son can't wait to go back!

My family and I loved every bit of this resort. We went for my baby girl’s first birthday and she had a blast. I typically don’t visit the same resort but this is one that I’d definitely return to. The concierge Ericka was phenomenal and sent out daily texts about activities for the day. One of the cons was the lack of non-pork breakfast meats, all of the sausages and bacon were pork, which my family does not eat. Also, it wasn’t a lot of restaurant choices especially for dinner, and one of the international restaurants were closed for the week during my stay. Other than that, no further complaints.

Great food and good services. Please make sure you are aware of the hours of each read they are not open all at the same time. Also, please follow instructions exactly as mentioned on the email for the pickup to get to the right place. The water park is awesome for the kidsz

Great stay! This was my family’s second time back and it was just as fun as the first time. The rooms were cleaned twice a day. The staff always went out of their way to assist you.

Everything was perfect. Transportation was a breeze, food was good, customer service 10/10. Only downfall is the beach was full of sargassum but that is normal around this time and out of the resorts hands.

Water park is separate but there was always courtesy vans waiting to move you around. Pool outside our balcony was very cool to relax. Waiter at Pizzas restaurant was amazing and waiter at Bikini bottoms (Gustavo) I believe that was he’s name was excellent. Food at all the restaurants was delicious. Grandson(5yrs) had a blast at water park and pool. Highly recommend if You got lil ones.

In general, the hotel is clean and employees make sure you are enjoying your stay. Rooms are ok. Nothing out of this world. Everything is thinking for the best experience of kids, and obviously that's the reason we chose this hotel. However, food was simply ok. Not to the level of hotel it promotes or the money you pay. The main attraction is the water park, but it was so packed of people coming with a day pass. Food at the water park is not good at all. Drinks are 8/10. The schedule for the restaurants are not convenient due to the lay out of the hotel. I mean, there's no where to have breakfast in the morning in the room building. Nothing open after hours. I'm glad we had this experience, but I don't think we'd coming back again.
