Grand Riviera Princess - All Inclusive

"Room was cleaned immaculately by resort staff everyday. We had a walkout pool room, and the pool was clean staff came by regularly to offer to get drinks. Bartenders at the swim up bar were awesome!! The resort is huge but by the second day you can pretty much figure it out. The resort is a little dated, but still great. Be careful on the tile floors, they can be a little slick. Overall, had a great time, EVERY hotel staff member whether in the restaurants, bars, concierge, or cleaning staff were awesome. Special shout out to Rafael in the buffet restaurant. He was AWESOME!!!"

"We had a great stay, we thought the evening entertainment could of been better, karaoke isn’t great entertainment for us. We loved water volleyball and wish they did it more often. Staff were all so nice. Wish the front desk warned us about shops on the Main Street would say they were our waiter from the hotel, when we asked front desk about money exchange and they sent us down the road, first timers in Mexico a lesson learned. A bit disappointed with the ocean in front of resort rocky and small beach area because of cabanas, but pool was good enough for us. Food was good a bit repetitive after a week. Over all good stay but would try another resort for new experiences."

"It was a great place to stay. The only turn away is the sargass other than that we had a blast. I hate the foam party got canceled because of the weather. But other than that perfect. Also I’d recommend the mango shots from the bar it’s two brothers who are waiters there and they will make sure you have a great time."

"Room was nice but had to get hottub cleaned.. it was gross. The staff was mostly friendly and helpful..a few just kinda ignored you or pointed you away . The breakfast buffet was decent on both resorts, but the room service and snack options were just not it. Beach bar was closed when we went. There is no full body mirror anywhere except the elevator that didn’t work the first night on the resort but was eventually fixed"
