Playa del Carmen 4 Stars Hotels

"The resort is super clean and very family oriented! Our kids loved the kids club and water park. The staff is absolutely amazing and friendly. However, It's unfortunate what has happened to their beach and all the seaweed present. We did not like the view of the large sand blocks in the water, it's hard to avoid seeing sitting on the beach. We do wish that there were shows at night white there wasn't anything to do after dinner other than walk around or go back to the room. "

We especially loved how beautifully nature is incorporated into the design and layout of the property—it feels peaceful and thoughtfully done. Seeing the friendly wild animals around the hotel was such a unique and special touch. Truly an unforgettable stay, and we can’t wait to come back."
