The workers were super nice and helpful. The place was beautiful and clean. The food was amazing. The only thing I wish was better was the AC in the rooms. But overall I loved the experience and we definitely got our moneys worth.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. Every morning, they would clean the room if any issues arose and try to resolve them as soon as possible. If you’re dining at a restaurant, you should be notified of the RSVP requirement before your arrival. Additionally, they should offer a golf cart or walking tour of the hotel, as well as information about hotel activities and events.

Outdated property, food was really bad and repetitive, no kids station as every Hotel has, so the food options for my daughter were really limited, NO ICE CREAM, long walking distance to get to restaurants and lobby, the carts service was nonexistent,rooms were super old, the staff is very hard working,attentive and helpful but Management has to be pay more attention to detail in terms of quality.

Resort is beautiful with several pools and accessible bars by the pool side. Rooms are clean, the washroom just needs some updates and a bit more cleaning. The buffets are amazing but the an la cart menus at the restaurants need a bit of work. Staff very friendly.

Rooms were very clean, mini fridge stocked every day. The restaurants had lots of variety and were the best we've been to in a long time on vacations in Mexico. People mixed well and were very friendly. By far this is a favorite resort and we will be coming back often.

This was a beautiful beautiful place. The only issue that I had is that it took three days for maintenance to come and fix my phone two days for them to fix my ceiling fan which still wasn’t working after they fixed it and one day to fix plumbing issues I’m not sure if it was specific to my room, but I will acknowledge that part of the time lapse happened due to possible language barriers but then I also did go straight to the concierge, maybe I didn’t go to the right person or was not told the right person to go to other than that the service staff at the restaurants and buffets were beautiful and lovely. The photographers were so nice. The bartending staff were so delightful. Could’ve been a little bit heavy on the drinks overall I would go back.
