“객실 외 리조트 시설 (수영장, 스파, 식당 등) 및 직원의 친절이 지금껏 머물렀던 곳 중에서 가장 최고였습니다. 다만 체크인과 체크아웃 과정은 직원 성향 차이인지 편하지 않았네요.”

“Nice resort, staff was very friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean, the beach was ok. The room we stayed in we had a semi beach front, but the view was somewhat obstructed. The room was nice however a tad bit muggy at times even though we kept the air condition running and at times we got a whiff of a musty odor in the room (nothing major, not a deal breaker). Overall really nice experience .”

“Visited for honeymoon. We were truly happy to be here. Very nice buttler and staff, all inclusive service was perfect. Premium experience offer must be choosen if you are here with a special person. Things that I strongly recommend; - Swimming pool in infinite pool near Helios - Lobster in Helios - Steak in El Gaucho - Breakfast & Lunch in Capricho (We went there everyday) - Hidrotherapy and swimming in Spa - Chic Cabarat I wish I could visit TRS Yucatan every year :) Thank you very much...

“We loved the vibe and the food at all of their venues on site most of all but the airconditioning on the room and throughout the hotel was lacking(never cool), not a single fan above on ceilings in rooms which should be next in Mexico. The service was hit or miss with some staff being excellent while others didn’t seem to care at all. The lack of property information for the hours of operation and the facilities was annoying and we were told conflicting information after having to repeatedly...

“The property is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The beach is amazing with the ability to walk quite far on a shoreline. When you get to the hotel, make sure to make dinner reservation for their evening restaurants because they are amazing. We really liked the Asian and Mediterranean ones. Rooms get cleaned twice a day which is nice. One thing we didn't like was a buffet with small food options and it's the same every day. I wish we were told that we could eat at the restaurants...

“Well-run hotel with great service and good faciiites overall. Food selection was decent. The suite was amazing, the best I’ve stayed in of any similar tier of resort. Good clean resort, attentive service, lots of smiles. The entertainment was good and we thought the traditional Mexican festival with foot stands and dancers outside in the sandy pavilion was super unique. Overall, we had a great time. Service and operations management are doing a great job. Opportunities: - not enough chairs...
