"This hotel is not really for tourists. If you just want a nice clean place to stay for a night or two and you have your own transportation to get to the local attractions you will be satisfied. We reserved a room with a kitchenette but it was not useful because there are no plates, utensils or pots and pans, so there is no way to cook unless you know this ahead of time. The little pool is nice with a few deck chairs around for relaxing. "

"Good food options, bed super comfy, excellent service, specially roof top bar staff at Cielo? Specially The guy from Chetumal y Rodolfo.
However, we didn’t like the pressure to be a hotel member? I’m on vacations, not to do business. And…all our reservations for parks and restaurants were not granted bc we didn’t have a reservation #… even though we had the emails showing our conversations. If they don’t give you one, how are supposed to know ? "
"Good property. Only about a 10 minute drive from the city centre but 40 min walk, So either be prepared to get at least 10,000 steps everyday or take out extra pesos to catch taxis. Right across the street from centro maya(strip mall) and there’s an otto right down the street (2min walk). Never felt unsafe walking alone at night."
"The property was quite nice in appearance and was safe because it is a gated facility. The staff was very nice and particularly Lucas was very helpful.
I got a little lazy and took a taxi to the airport, which the property arranged for the same fee posted on 5th Avenue, but it is located about one mile from ADO Touristica and ADO Alterna bus terminals. Maid service was good, but the mattresses were a little old,but had been covered with a foam layer for better comfort. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone. "
