"The entire resort was wonderful! We enjoyed everything from our ocean view suite, the beautiful pools and the all inclusive options. The Hyatt Vivid staff were excellent and they kept the resort spotless! Every evening they had Las Vegas style entertainment. We didn’t have one bad meal and not a single negative experience. "I had a lovely room, it is a beautiful hotel. I really enjoyed every minute there. The staff are wonderful. I enjoyed Spas services, I had two excursions booked through the hotel. I had a blasin at the cenote and parasailing. Every evening there was different show. I loved the Mescian show, why do they call it "Other services" it should be called fabulous seriveces. I would go back there in a minute."
