โThis was my second time at Palmaรฏa. Itโs peaceful, wellness-focused, and full of positive energy.
There was a small room mix-up, but the staff fixed it. Everyone is warm and thoughtful.
Iโm picky with food, and LEK was my favorite this time, unique and healthy. The birthday cake wasnโt great, but the coconut water in the room was amazing! I also love the Kuxtal cocktail, itโs vibrant and full of flavor.

โHonestly the BEST customer service i've had in a long time. Travelled with 7 girls for a bach. It was a small resort, walkable, clean and the team was unbelievably kind. Special shout out to Jorge the Chef. I am celiac and he walked me around the buffet telling me what was safe and what wasn't & even brought me my own dessert! So kind & accommodating, would recommend!โ
