"We went in a big group and it was a blast with the kids. The resort is clean the food is delicious and the stuff is really helpful. I love the village resort is designed as the kids can run around freely, the beach also is nice. My only issue was there was no heated pool or hot tub for public use and the water was cold as we just went in December and they were rainy days. The restaurant choices are amazing, the entertainment the drinks everything is on point. If you read all the reviews and seen all the YouTube videos and still are not sure then you definitely must go. You will not be disappointed!! "

"I loved my stay at the Ocean Maya Royale especially the entertainment staff who made it so amazing. Special thanks to the entertainment crew: Viri, Kendell, and Moises. Also, in the bar love to thank you Yovanetti for making my experience fabulous. Last but not least, thank you Roberto, at check-in who got me checked in quickly as he knew I really wanted to make the entertainment event at the pool before it was over and even was able to get me room nearby the activities which I loved."

"Our check-in day hotel manager and our dedicated support staff went out their ways to accommodate us after unexpected hiccups of our first night stay. Starting from our second day of stay, our experience started turning around and reached one of our best overall luxury hotel experience toward the end of our 5 day stay mostly because of the friendliness and attentiveness of every hotel staff we have encountered. The beach club and kids center, swimming pool and the private beach, all highlights of the stay. An expensive vacation on slippery slope at the start saved by tireless human effort and great services culture. Our kids loved the experience! "
