"It was a good resort, not great per say. Food was average, Mexican restaurant was great. Most staff were friendly but a few were not the best. The privilege perks were definitely a must, swim up pool to the room was the highlight of our trip. Definitely a big resort and lots to do. At first they try to upsell you and push a timeshare, annoying but once you get past that you're good."

"We had a great time during our recent stay. There were a few things that I would change, such as the shower in our room definitely needed an upgrade and the patio door didn’t lock correctly so a raccoon got in our room at 3am. Our room was not cleaned the second day we were there and we had to wait until after 4pm the next day and go find someone to ask them to come clean the room. The food was great at the buffet restaurants and the steakhouse. The coffee shop was great. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We loved the photographers that were around the resort and got some really awesome pictures. The entertainment staff did a fantastic job. Overall it’s a nice resort, definitely need to add a swim up bar as there is not one but we would stay here again. "

"The hotel is ok, but it is being remodeled and lots of area are closed. Staff is not always friendly and in the buffets, bell boys and drivers (Bernabe) who drive the trains are sometimes rude and will ignore those from Latin America or Mexico. There are exceptions like Russel in the Vaqueria who was exceptional, especially with our children. Th resort has lots of pools which makes it like there are not a lot of people which is good. Consider there is hardly any shade and people reserve them very early. In general it is ok, but definitely the lack of friendly staff is off putting. Not sure if we would come back, maybe when all of it is open. "

"Great food!! Attentive Staff. Clean Room and Bath. But the overwhelming problem is- the whole place is falling apart! Paint pealing is the least problem, the BIGGEST and MOST DANGEROUS is The SAFETY RAILINGS to PROTCT ONE FROM FALLING TO GREAT INJURY OR DEATH, are ALL LOOSE!! With RUSTED SCREWS CORRODING and NAILS MISSING AND WOOD SPLINTERING TO THE POINT THE SAFETY RAILS SWAY AT LEAST 3 INCHES BACK n FORTH!!!! What?? So if ANY one, especially a HEAVY KARGE MAN or Someone whos Hd TOO MUCH TO DRINK should LEAN ON IT, THE WEAK RAILING WILL GIVE WAY!!!!! We we AMAZED at THIS i incredible SAFTY ISSUE!"
