"My friend and I stayed for 4 nights, which felt like the perfect amount of time. The rooms were clean and spacious, the grounds were easy to navigate, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Most restaurants didn’t require reservations (except Teppanyaki), and the food was very good—especially the International restaurant and the taco bar by the pool. One restaurant was closed during our stay, which was a bit unfortunate. The resort caters more to an older crowd, but you can easily take a quick cart ride to the neighboring all-ages resort if you want a livelier atmosphere. The only downside was the beach, which had a lot of sargassum and a strong smell."

"Very clean rooms and public areas. The resort offers a pleasant location and friendly service, but the rooms are very basic and feel somewhat underfurnished. The beach is nice; however, seaweeds were everywhere. "

"We stayed in a Platinum Plunge Pool Suite. I’d recommend you pass on the plunge pool, it doesn’t see any sun- the suite is very private, comfortable. The resort itself is very big, a bit too big for my preference but I’m sure it would appeal to others, they do have a shuttle to help get around quicker when needed - the riviera side was under construction but it didn’t affect the daily activities and we didn’t notice any noise at night. We didn’t get to enjoy many of the a la carte restaurants as they book up way too fast - this was disappointing. The buffet is very well setup with lots of variety - the 24 hour sports bar is a nice spot to enjoy drinks and food in a casual environment."

"The whole property needs to be updated especially the rooms .”the better rooms are by the ocean view or partial view “ also better because your closer to the bigger pool and the buffet /lunch restaurant. Also needs more food options. Did not like the reusable cups I feel like they weren’t clean right . I did like the swing bar . The bar attendants were nice especially pascual and Enrique.also if you want to get your steps in this is the place for you or you could wait for the trolley !every thing at the resort is a walking distance . "

"Everything about this hotel stay was relaxing from the beach chairs seaside with a giant wooden Palapa and full service all day drinks and lunch whatever you want We had massages which at first the $300 price tag seemed high but then when you realize it is a time to go and spend at least three hours in the spa with a private pool just for the spa patrons, a coffee bar with yogurt and complementary drinks, outdoor hot tub and the staff is so friendly. It’s just a place to go and really have a Zen moment. All the restaurants are fabulous and they treated us like royalty at the Toro steak restaurant. We were taken into the dry age, beef room, and given a small sample of the chef’s favorite steak and explained the process of the meat drying, the food was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our entire stay at this hotel resort. A bonus was visiting the adjoining hotels for dinner at the Banyan tree and Rosewood. Golf carts are your taxi which the resort runs a very efficient service"
