"Resort was pretty, staff was friendly. Only negative would be the quality of food. The food was bland. At all 3 sit down restaurants/ buffets. Monkeys are really cool my kids loved that. Shows were amazing. Drinks are ok. I would go again."

"I have been staying at ORP Privaledge for the last 8 years, and I love this resort with my whole heart. I can tell you, I'm not the only one. Let's start with the check-in. Angel was excellent. He had everything ready, so it only took 5 minutes, and we were on our way to our rooms. Plus, he explained everything and was on it with the answers to any of our questions. Next up, we had Ariz for our concierge. She's incredible; she's been my concierge on every visit since 2018, at least once, and sometimes twice, a year. Ariz gets it done. Anything I've ever needed or needed help with, she has made it happen. She constantly checks in with us to make sure we have what we need. She'll make sure we are good. If she's not in, she'll let us know who to talk to. Also, we got to take part in the Expidia dinner, and the food was next level. The chef prepared an incredible five-course meal with drink pairings. The chef and her staff were all amazing and talented people, and I can't wait for our next trip for this dinner; it was that incredible. At the dinner, we also got to meet one of my new favorite people, Omar, the resort's sommelier. Omar was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about his craft. We signed up for a wine tasting with him the following evening, and he picked great, simple pairings that made it easy for us to fully enjoy and appreciate the beautifully crafted wines we sampled. They have Ariz, Angel, Omar, and a great staff overall. This is my second home. Thank you!!! "

"The fine dining food options lived up to expectations. Having delicious food in an all inclusive resort is key and their service, very friendly staff, plenty of food options, and high quality food was pleasantly surprising. Secondly, i cant talk enough about how relaxing and wonderful the Zen Spa is. I would recommend the check in package which gets a couple a 50 minute massage followed by hydrotherapy and a body scrub you apply yourself before doing hydrotherapy. We enjoyed it so much we went again at the end of our trip before we left. Would absolutely stay here again."

"The people here are what makes this place special"

"What can I say? The resort was beautiful. I was lucky to see rain only one day. The beach was quiet and relaxing with regular service, especially by Jesus manning the Privilege beach and making sure the cups never went empty. Rooms were serviced multiple times a day and restocked. The food was great and I enjoyed the multiple options available. Bar staff were always fast and made the best drinks (Diego & Jorge). At the end of the day any resort is only going to be as good as their staff. The heart and soul of this resort is clearly Kenddell and his experiences team. The programs were phenomenal and differentiate this resort in ways that others don’t. There’s enough variety to do whatever you want and to never be bored. The energy, positivity and kindness Kenddell brings is unparalleled, I’ll definitely be back if only for that."
