The room was clean and spacious. However, I didn’t appreciate being approached at the entrance by staff trying to get us to become members. It was annoying when we were just trying to relax and enjoy our vacation.
I was also disappointed that there was no ice cream for the kids. The employees told us the machine had been broken and hadn’t been fixed, which was frustrating. I will not be going back! The beach was not nice compared to other resorts I have been to. The food was okay! A highlight was the infinity pools.
