Muy buena la limpieza ,desde el lobby y las habitaciones y todo lo que es área de baño ,pero la atención con respecto a los gastronómicos fue pésima ,sino recibían propinas eras de mal gusto para ellos ,y te miraban como insectos ,cuando le pedías un poco más de la comida les molestaba servían como con miserias cuando se supone que es un todo incluido ,y no es el menor hecho de la poca comida sino su trato y sus gestos que hablaban x si solos ,yo recomiendo cambiar todo el personal de gastronomía, sin dejar pasar que no había mucha variedad en sus productos ,pudieran para los niños ofertar uno que otro dulce ,helados otras variedades ,solo resaltar un señor en el restaurante brasileño que si fue muy educado pero el resto no ,sin decir que en el área dd la piscina tienes que pedir dobles las cosas para evitar que te miren mal o te den un mal trato ,les molesta todo ,propina en mano y cambia todo sino quieren trabajar pues a sus casas porque uno paga su servicio y no es x gusto ,tú vas de vacaciones para pasarla bien no tener que aguantar malos tratos y disgustos ,tomen en cuenta verificar ese personal no creo que traiga muchos turistas x lo menos yo y mi familia que pensábamos ir en diciembre lo estamos pensando

We returned Monday from Majestic Mirage Costa Mujeres and couldn't have been more pleased. My companion and I travel extensively, have stayed at 5-star properties worldwide, and live in one of the best food cities in the US. Our hugh standards were met! The property is stunning and our oceanfront room with private jacuzzi was extraordinary. Room 3241 sat at the corner of the property along the ocean and the pool. It has two balconies: one overlooking the ocean with the hot tub, and a second facing the pool with two lounge chairs. Our butlers, Manolo and Gustavo, were exceptional. Friendly and engaging without crowding us, they handled everything from breaking large bills to filling floats, pool towels, laundry service, and confirming reservations. They checked on us in person daily, not just by text. The food was top notch. We didn't love every dish, but the detail and quality were there. Highlights: the Mexican Fiesta, L'Essence (mushroom soup, Coq Au Vin, potato dish with bacon cream), and an off-menu chicken and black bean Huarache at the Mexican restaurant. The club room was a favorite. The fresh orange juice was amazing, and the pastries, sandwiches, salads, and sushi were a great convenience. One criticism: the motion-activated bathroom light is too sensitive. It turned on when we rolled over in bed or raised an arm. We covered ours. The placement should be reconsidered so it only triggers on entering the bathroom. We had a wonderful time and hope to return.
