"This hotel is not really for tourists. If you just want a nice clean place to stay for a night or two and you have your own transportation to get to the local attractions you will be satisfied. We reserved a room with a kitchenette but it was not useful because there are no plates, utensils or pots and pans, so there is no way to cook unless you know this ahead of time. The little pool is nice with a few deck chairs around for relaxing. "

"I stayed at Viva Azteca by Wyndham and really enjoyed it. It’s a smaller, quieter resort with fewer kids and less partying, which made it perfect for a relaxed, chill atmosphere. The food was delicious, and the staff were very welcoming. If you’re looking for something bigger with more activities and entertainment, I’d recommend checking out Viva Maya, but if you prefer a laid-back vibe, Azteca is a great choice."

"The Hyatt Vivid is amazing! The location is perfect, the staff is super friendly, and everything is really well maintained. The food options were great and the entertainment was a blast. Only thing I’d suggest is having an app to make restaurant reservations and see which places are open and their hours—that would make it even easier. Other than that, everything was fantastic. Can’t wait to come back!
