The Staff was real informative and friendly. Especially the waiters at the restaurants. We were happy when we arrived that they offered us a free upgrade to a bigger room (Hacienda).
Unfortunately the room smelled like mold. I woke up during the night our first night and found the asile and around the king bed had water all over the ground. My luggage and a few other things got completely wet. There seemed to be an issue with the AC. When we called about the issue to guest services they assured us a fix to the problem and never heard back until my wife called back at the end of the Second night. Their solution was to have the cleaning crew put 3 garbage cans underneath the water drops. On the third night they sent a repair man out while we were all getting ready for lunch and I asked him if he could wait while we got ready he seemed upset. My wife called to see if we could get moved to a different room but we never heard back until our last night st the resort.
We mentioned this to the service desk as we were checking out and they honestly didnโt seem to care. Itโs inexcusable to have to deal with these issues. You plan and pay to go on a vacation and these issues are the last thing that are on your mind to have to deal with.
Iโm being generous giving 2 stars. My wife wanted me to give 1 star. Only reason I gave 2 is because the staff at the restaurant were great!
