"The balcony views are beautiful. Our room overlooked the dock area and was very quiet. My only concern about the entire property was the tile. The wet tile was very slick, and 100% of the indoor and outdoor floor was tile. Be careful."

"The Kippal was the perfect place with the perfect staff, Mike and Andy. Once we made our reservations they were in touch to assist us with all of our needs and questions whether related to the Kippal, or Cozumel in general. When we arrived Mike greeted us, made us feel welcome, and showed us to our beautiful room. It was clear that Mike and Andy are not just friendly and helpful but they also take upkeep of the property seriously. Everything was clean, well maintained, and the modern room with stunning views was kept to the highest standards. During our stay, the concierge staff continued to be engaged and helpful. They assisted us with finding restaurants, ordering pizza, and even kept us in the loop and reassured during a freak island wide power outage. From the moment we booked till they helped us to our return to airport taxi that they arranged for us, Mike and Andy helped to make our trip one of the most memorable ever!"

"Thos hotel was Absolutely Wonderful!!! We would stay here again and we definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a super central hotel while in Cozumel. All of the shops and restaurants are within a one to ten minute walk. The staff are SO friendly and the continental breakfast that's included is just Great. The fresh squeezed OJ is Fantastic 😊 The only thing I would mention is that I think this hotel is Perfect if you are out doing activities. If you are looking to just chill by a pool and have some drinks from the bar I would choose another hotel because the pol is super tiny and there isn't a restaurant or bar at the hotel. This being said ... definitely stay here if you are going to be out and about and just want to cool down after. Thanks to all the staff for making our time in Cozumel sooooo fun. "We felt at home when we were staying at the Hotel Segovia. There was one or two other individuals standing on the property. It was quiet and very comfortable. A person was always stationed at the front and that was very comforting that it was safe. Breakfast was made to order each day. The menu was an American type breakfast - eggs (made your way), bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, OJ, Coffee. I would highly recommend because it’s close to the Centro and fairly priced in March. "
