We travel to Cozumel a couple of times a year and we always stay at Casa Mexicana. The staff is welcoming and efficient. We often arrive a little bit early and are able to check in. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is included and amazing and breakfast staff is wonderful. The breakfast area and common areas are all comfortable and inviting. We always enjoy our stay.

We absolutely love staying here! One of the better hotels we have been to. It was our 3rd time and won't be our last. Even though it's an older building and there could be some updates, it is very clean! The breakfast buffet is always delicious, and the staff is so kind. We always have a great time!

The hotel has a lovely lobby, pool area, bar and balcony. You are on the main street but a level up and that keeps it quiet and enables a great view. The most memorable part of the experience is the buffet breakfast every morning. There is a large staff busily preparing food to order every morning. I was partricularly impressed by Sinthia who is one of the buffet managers for the hotel. We had a lovely stay.
