“We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Playa Cozumel. Having the beach just steps away made mornings and sunsets especially nice, and the property felt quiet and private the entire time. The house was clean, comfortable, and easy to settle into. The staff and concierge were kind and attentive, checking in when needed and helping with anything we asked. Overall, it was a very relaxed and pleasant stay, and we would happily come back.”

“A nice, small resort with good food. Everything felt close together and easy to get to. The pool and beach were great. In the hotel room, the bathroom could use some updating, but beds were comfortable. Because it wasn't crowded, it wasn't noisy after about 10 pm, when the evening entertainment ended.”

“Great location for swimming and close to Buccanos. Across the street is a great Key Lime Pie shop but get there at 5:30. The lobster restaurants are great also. Hotel amenities are fantastic. “Sent to different hotel with no notice! The place we stayed at was worth every bit of the trip. They closed our location for renovations and hotels.com didn't tell us. Our friend who picked us up at airport found out. But, The Colonial Suites was everything we wanted and close to everything!”

“Rooms were average. There were no towels in our room the first day so we had to request them from the front. There is virtually no service at any of the meals especially breakfast or lunch at the buffet. At dinner, we were lucky to get excellent service from Miguel. The bartender by the pier was always great and so were the towel team by the pool. The store/pharmacy inside the hotel is a rip-off but you pay for the convenience. You can also walk 10 minutes for more stores if you need something...
