“The staff was super accommodating and very courteous. The food wasnt as good as it was 10 years ago when we stayed there. However you could always get fresh tacos, quesadillas, nachos, omelettes, bacon and pizza. We love the beach access and snorkeling off of the pier. The hotel just needs some TLC and upgrades. We met a couple who stays there for 2 months out of the year and said the owner is in the process of makong upgrades. We wpupd stay there again becaise of the staff”
“La relación precio calidad fue buena. La atención del personal muy buena. Lo que más nos gustó fue que, aun con el calor de Cozumel y que la recepción y alimentos no fueran climatizados, se hacía ameno el estar en la naturaleza y ver variedad de animales silvestres durante las caminadas en el hotel. Los cuartos eran cómodos y había limpieza diaria. Nos faltó aprovechar los equipos de snorquel pero íbamos en modo relax, por lo que se disfrutó la estadía. ”

Llegamos al aeropuerto, salimos y al cruzar la calle está el hotel; al entrar Don Daniel fue muy amable al recibirnos y nos asignaron una habitación al instante.
La habitación con una cama extragrande y super cómoda, contaba con frigobar, horno de microondas y demás electrodomésticos. El baño con agua caliente.
Al día siguiente nuestro desayuno estaba listo al despertar ya que se nos pregunto la noche anterior si deseábamos algo y a qué hora......
“코즈멜 도심과는 다소 떨어져 있으나 수영장 시설과 앞바다를 이용하기에 매우 좋았습니다. 앞 바다가 5 m 수심이었고 매우 깨끗해서 다이빙, 수영하기에 정말 좋았어요. 차를 렌트해서 코주멜 섬을 일주했는데 호텔B 앞 바다가 가장 좋았어요.

“Loved the included excursions and the overall beauty and vibe of both the Explorean and Fiesta Americana. Unfortunately,the two best restaurants with views are closed right now- and no one told us. It was a big disappointment because many of the restaurant options are without AC and the ambiance was severely lacking. ”
