“We stayed here for six days and we couldn't have had a nicer stay. The grounds are beautiful, our room was clean and very comfortable. There were always plenty of chairs at the beach or the pool. It's a great place to come and rewind. The specialty restaurants weren't that amazing, but we didn't come to the resort for that. The staff was amazingly friendly. Great drink service on the beach. Couldn't have asked for a better vacation.”

“Decent location and price, but cleanliness felt like an issue for us. The sheets and curtains were stained, room was cleaned during our stay but floors did not get swept. The shower head in the washroom sprayed water over the glass and got the whole washroom wet, had to point it at the wall. The drywall around the fixture was also peeling/was broken which left drywall bits and dust in the shower. “Amazing hotel, with an amazing staff. I have never stayed at a hotel where the entire staff was so helpful, accommodating, pleasant and friendly. My room was on the 4th floor and had a terrific view of the pier where the cruise ships came in, but was just far enough away so as not to be inundated with ship passengers. Charging $40 jf you check in early is rediculous when there isn't anyone in line. The bed linen was illfitted the towels were gray. The food had nothing desirable. A real dissappointment.”
