“Great location for swimming and close to Buccanos. Across the street is a great Key Lime Pie shop but get there at 5:30. The lobster restaurants are great also. Hotel amenities are fantastic. Rooms all have a great view with a nice patio. All of the staff was incredibly friendly and the restaurants are great. Breakfast out on the water with buffet or made to order. “One of the best trips we had done in the Caribbean this trip was #10 #1 to Cozumel. Scuba diving was really good all the staff was helpful specially Victor with cleaning and helping fix a problem I had with my gear. Coaky and Pueblo were great dive masters. Food was ok at 2 of the restaurants other 2 were good just pricey for what they are we did half food on resort other half took a taxi to town. Would advise going day one to mega store and getting some extra drinks beer and snacks for room was...

“Don’t expect good customer service at this resort. Check in and restaurant reservations are very unorganized. People jumping in front of others that have been waiting. DO NOT RESERVE THE ROMANTIC DINNER ON THE BEACH! It was a disaster. During our dinner the Lights shut off (then we were attacked by swarms of bugs in our food) and we had to finish it in the restaurant. It was suppose to be romantic and just us but we finished with others and subjected to crying babies and cold lobster and steak....

“The workers were always polite and friendly. It was nice being able to rent a scooter and book excursion from the hotel. Also being able to use the bicycle, life jackets and snorkeling equipment were great! The vibe was like a family oriented place which was great! Visitors at the hotel were considerate and all enjoyed a restful and peaceful stay. There wasn’t people selling things or being on the face all the time! I recommend this resort. ”

“Property is clean and staff was very pleasant. Excellent breakfast included! Elevator is small, and only if there were more than 5 people it wouldn’t go due to weight restriction. Building has some maintenance issues with stucco and dripping water, but most places in Mexico do! ”
