The staff was amazing from check in to check out. The entertainment staff was engaging and we enjoyed everything we participated in. Allegro has amazing bartenders and staff that actually seem to enjoy their job. Everyone spoke both Spanish and English very well. The food was decent for an all inclusive. There was always multiple options for meals. The air conditioning was okay, not like American ac but it wasn’t terrible. The theater shows were fun and had lots of seating. Thanks for an amazing experience!!

Nice sized resort with a beautiful beach. Pools were good and not crowded. Enjoyed the breakfast and lunch buffets. Staff was super nice and accommodating. We especially enjoyed the service from Yamili at breakfast and lunch and from Carlos at dinner. Amazing snorkeling, pretty grounds. Would definitely go back!

Super nice staff and the grounds are meticulously maintained. Lots of choices of activities through the day and the food was great too. Would be a perfect place for families with kids as they have a big playground, a giant shallow pool with slides just for children and a kids' club.
