Excellent hotel, clean, nice beach, nice people

Hotel is very clean. Beach is beautiful, waves were rough but still swimmable. It would be nice if there were more seats available on the beach and the pool. You must arrive early to have a seat. Resort is small but walkable. Room is basic but spacious. I would say first day food was pretty good- appetizers were really good, entrees were mid - chicken sandwich and fries came out looking frozen and just not good. Buffet was kinda cold. Not too many options. We went around the buffet thinking it was gonna be all different food but both sides were the same. Tacos were good, at buffet which was a plus seafood was good but they didn’t have it everyday. - staff was very friendly and nice - we thought we paid for all inclusive in the original price but we had to add on $50 per day to add Italian restaurant and room service, coconuts/pineapples, etc. -we only got coconuts one day and then were told they didn’t have any the next days

This hotel was a great bang for our buck. We thought the staff was exceptional and courteous. The entire hotel was always being cleaned and amenities being replenished. The entertainment team (Luis, Jesus, Whiskey, Donnie to name a few) was fun all day everyday! Jorge in the Pina Colada Restaurant made our last night so great. Make sure to tip kindly as they are so appreciated and such a great group of people to show appreciation towards.

Housekeeper left room clean everyday. 3rd floor had a really strong garbage odor. Pool was nice, beach was tiny but nice nonetheless. Hot tubs were always crowded. Drinks and buffet were overly priced.
