Coffee shop doesn’t work Sundays which is unreasonable since it is a vacation resort. When buffet restaurant was closed, snack bar was closed too which is also unacceptable. Elevator was breaking down too

Spacious and clean rooms, very comfy beds and nice linens. Fully stocked fridge and snacks in the room. Food was delicious at all of the restaurants, however sometimes frustrating having to make reservations for dinner.

I stayed at Majestic Mirage for 4 nights in a one bedroom suite - there was ampleeee space, bedroom had bathroom and there was also a separate toilet with a shower which is the best. Jacuzzi was a nice touch, was able to use it twice. Hospitality and service was amazing, I would definitely return. Shout outs to Carlos and Cris!

The Pyramid it's no longer what used to be. The passing of the original owner brought his son's to make all kind of changes. New management closed the Kinki and Coyote discos and music its not allowed around the pool and at the Fountain Blue Bar music was allowed to performers only and not for people to enjoy. We won't come back
